| Jeanne Meyer Project Director jeanne-meyer@uiowa.edu
Jeanne has been with Upward Bound for almost 10 years. She guides the project towards meeting the objectives outlined in the grant proposal and complying with U. S. Department of Education guidelines. Jeanne is originally from Davenport and is a first-generation college graduate. She earned a BS in History from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed an MA in Art History at The University of Iowa. She has finshed her PhD coursework in Art History as well. Jeanne has taught middle school, high school, and college students, and firmly believes in the importance of a college education. In her spare time, you'll find Jeanne in her garden with her beagle Glory. If it rains or gets dark outside, it's movies, reading, and hanging out with friends.
