To be considerd for the Upward Bound project, you'll need to fill out our application. If the computer you're using has the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you can download the application from the link below and print them out.

If you would rather pick up the application in person , you can visit the Upward Bound coordinator or the guidance counseling office at your school.

If you're at home or have a cell phone handy, you can call our office toll-free at 1-800-272-6450 and ask that applications be mailed to you.
